Why SIMRP?

The SIMRP plan is an employer sponsored workplace program that provides employees the opportunity to add additional benefits to their already existing benefit package. The plan enhances the benefits offered to employees with incentives for participation, retention and compliance. While reducing both the employer's and employee's health care costs and expendituresParticipation in the SIMRP program results in tax savings that fund the employee's allotment reserve account. SUMMARY

First, Sarasota Financial's Self Insured Medical Reimbursement Plan (SIMRP) offers substantive enhancements to existing health benefits. These enhancements cost your employees nothing out of pocket and save the employer significant dollars via payroll tax deduction – netting organizations $500+ per employee per year!

Second, Disability Income Insurance provides employees with supplemental income that can constitute up to 60% of their annual earnings. This would be in the event that they become disabled and cannot perform the key tasks required of their positions.

Third, The Worksite Whole Life Insurance program allows employees to acquire up to $100,000 in Guaranteed issue and an additional $150,000 in Simplified issue, Group Whole Life insurance, provided that your organization employs more than 30 people with 25% of employees participating.
